Provide support to the sustainable business growth of the Distributor Force and leadership pipelines through Planning, Organizing, Managing and Controlling the field activities in term Account Management and Field intelligence.
- Building and maintain a strong partnership with Distributors in all level.
- Reviewing distributors performance and analyze their SWOT and KPI’s.
- Develop a Strategic Planning and deliver results based on goals and success metrics within the budget.
- Focus on improving Distributor profitability align with company performance and profitability.
- Ensuring all field activities; Key Account Management, Field Intelligence and Higher Award Tracking/Rules of Conduct are well executed, serving the intended purposes.
- Monitoring and taking proactive solutions for a conducive environment for all Distributors.
- Collaborate intensively with other function to improve distributor’s performance and ensure smooth program delivery.
- Hokkian language proficiency (for Medan placement)
- Strong in-service orientation as well as relationship building.
- Great social skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels in an organization.
- Flexible and able to adapt fast with different situations
- Strong in public speaking skills, including presentation
- Good in English both in writing and speaking.
