Requirements

• Graduated Bachelor degree from any major from reputable university,with minimum GPA 3.00

• Having experience in the same position at least for 5 years (preferable from FMCG/Manufacture/Retail Company)

• Strong leadership & management skill, good presentation & negotiation skill

• Detail, customer oriented, hard working, aggressive, capable to work underpressure

• Good command in English both spoken and written

• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)


Responsibilities

• Directing all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales

• Planning forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

• Achieving sales target and profit target

• Controlling delivery process and inventory – warehouse

• Managing budget and allocate funds appropriately

• Bringing out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

• Locating areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

• Addressing customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

• Adhering to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

• Networking to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

• Staying abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
