Job Details

Responsibility

  • Responsible for sales achievement in Jakarta areas by increasing business opportunities through dealing with new accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunity within existing accounts to remind a client-account manager relationship by up selling and cross selling
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts.
  • Direct training session with account frontliner to increase frontliner product knowledge capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University
  • A Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in handled Modern Trade channels
  • Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products.
  • Posses strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Willing to travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill,with ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill.
  • Fresh graduate are considered to apply especially for those who have MT experience
