Job Desc:

  1. Manage employee administration
  2. Develop and maintain organization culture
  3. Manage payroll, benefit and compensation administrations such as transportation, reimbursement, meal, BPJS, and health insurance.
  4. Manage policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
  5. Familiar with HRIS (Talenta)
  6. Knowledge about Labour Law (Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No.13 Thn 2003)
  7. Manage inventory office and building facilities


  1. Bachelor of Psychology, Human Resources Management or relevant field
  2. Proven 2 years work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  3. Computer literacy (Ms.Office applications, in particular)
  4. Familiar on various roles and job function in a technology and digital companies is a plus
  5. Dynamic and high initiative personality, motivated, and target oriented
