Job desc :

  • Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Recruiting Staff and Employee benefit
  • Planning and sometimes delivering training, including induction for new staff
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Administering payroll and maintain employee records
  • Interpreting and advising on employment law
  • Manage general admin activities, including expat permit, company license, etc
  • Involve in company ISO initiatives
  • Champion QCC initiatives in the company

Requirements :

  • Minimum Degree holder in any major, Preference from Phsychology, Law or Management
  • Experience in HR Executive and Managerial level at least 5 years
  • Having effective verbal, listening communication skills and counseling skills
  • Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude and responsible person
  • Proficient in MS. Office, Power Point and Ms. Office Outlook
  • Good command in English both oral and written
