Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Assistant President Director and President Director
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing & selection new employee candidates
  • Maintain employee welfare & allowances, to make sure the salary increase & other benefits received by employees base on the employee qualifications & company regulation.
  • Conduct disciplinary action on employees who violate regulations or company policies.
  • Responsible for managing and developing human resources. In this case, it includes planning, implementing and supervising human resources and developing the quality of human resources.
  • Evaluating the Employee attendance level and giving warning letter
  • Responsible for policies, procedures and program relating to the human resources of the division
  • Manage Legal documents for Expats example Kitas of working permit etc.
  • Assess Indonesia staffs performances for yearly working appraisal
  • Booking Flight tickets, hotel for business trips and business cards etc.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Language: Proficient in English both written and spoken, as the position will have to interact in a multinational working environment in daily basis
  • Communication skills – must be able to express our ideas clearly, both in oral and written communication
  • Organization skills – not limited to recruitment, training, performance appraisals, individual development plans, oversees all these functions and must have a systematic way of going through all the processes.
  • Decision making skills – to get the message across efficiently even in the midst of a crisis, to support critical organizational functions like these.
  • Training & developmental skills – responsible for giving employees development opportunities in order to maximize performance and increase value.
  • Budgeting skill – to set compensations & benefits, training & development, social activities, performance appraisals etc incorporated into organization’s strategic planning & budgeting, taking into account each department’s projects, to limit expenditures and not overspend on unnecessary activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4 years plus and continually experiences in HR
  • Qualifications: Graduate in Psychology / Management / Business Management / Secretarial / Administration / Law degree from Institute of reputable University
  • Skills
  • Essential: Functional / Tech --- Process driven and problem solving, User of Microsoft Excel and Word, PPT etc.
  • Desirable: Able to finish the jobs and solving the problems, can finish all jobs before due date with good arrangement
  • Knowledge: Having good knowledge & eager to learn for all subjects
